We accept online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable locations across India.

Where COD is offered:

  • 20% of the total order value must be paid online in advance to confirm the order.
  • The remaining 80% will be payable at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders will be processed only after successful receipt of the 20% advance payment.
  • COD availability may vary depending on the product, order value, delivery location, or courier service.
  • If COD is unavailable for a particular order or location, 100% online payment will be required before dispatch.

By placing a COD order, you agree to these payment terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing may be outside our direct control.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

After the 15-minute cancellation window, cancellation may not be possible, particularly once the order has entered processing, packing, or fulfillment.

For COD orders cancelled after processing or returned due to customer refusal, failure to accept delivery, incorrect/incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the 20% advance payment may be non-refundable, subject to our applicable policies and applicable law.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited video while receiving and unboxing the package.

The unboxing video may be required as proof for claims involving:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong products
  • Missing items
  • Defective products

Please keep the original packaging, tags, and accessories until you have completely checked your order.

9. Jewellery Care

To maintain the appearance and quality of your jewellery, we recommend:

Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling may not be covered under our return or replacement policy.
